80d vs 80d (w) - anyone know the difference?

My 80d is marked as an 80d (w). I've looked and looked but can't find out what the (W) in my 80d model number means. Anyone know? I think it might mean "world" (not wifi) as my time zones are all big cities around the world, not US cities.

80D (W) WiFi like 6D (WG) WiFi and GPS.
