I think what L14 means is: does the T3i have a setting to allow one color to be recorded while making the rest of the shot black & white. I believe the answer is no, although my T3i has been infrared-converted so I can't test to be sure.

A friend of mine had a canon..not sure of the model. She could put her camera on a setting?? & take a picture of a cup color then zoom out and take a picture of the person holding the cup and all the color that showed up is the color on the cup the rest is b & W. not sure that take a picture of the color is the right word?? She called it color accent??.
