hello

i have canon 600d /rebel t3i

today i see my camera set error on LCD : card's write protect switch is set to lock

thats not sd card problem ,cuz i test with 4 difrent sd card ,even i have this error ,without sd card ....

please help me dude ,thats my job if i cant fix it i lose my job

Just remove your card and slide the little grey**(mine was grey) thing forward or backward. Mine just locked up and it really scared me. It's not your camera, just a small switch on your card. By sliding it opposite to where it is now, it should solve the problem, as it just did for me.

OP claims problem exists even w/o SD card installed. If that's the case the problem is the switch mechanism inside the SF card slot. Need to look inside slot and see if something is causing switch to stick closed.
