The inexpensive 160 LED panels though out a good amount of light, but it's pretty hard light. They are fairly lightweight and earn their keep helping light for run and gun video type stuff. For photos, it's not their strong suit.

More LEDs, more light, more cost. So depends on your use and budget.

The Neewar generic/inexpensive ones I've tried were a bit shoddy quality. I bought two of them new: one didn't work at all and the other would occasionally not work until I knocked it firmly with my hand/fist.
