Hello, I buyed a Canon EOS ( I´ll be direct!)

I maked all with is possible to deleted whath the seller do,( I am Pro) and using the pdf in disk of Canon, I do every thing,

but all functions is ok, but don´t shot photos or recording movie. I´m lost, please give me some help!

Xutz: I cannot understand what you are trying to tell us. Do you have someone that speaks good english to help you? Or perhaps you should just try posting in your native language.

OK first off set all the cameras defaults back to what Canon has them.

Second make sure all the batteries are fully charged. Keep them from the camera for a few hours before reinserting them.

Set the camera to an automatic mode and try some photos.
