canon t3 wont turn on afterbattery goes in.

Rebel T3 wont turn on. Batery is fully charged. I put the battery in and shut the battery door, and the camera shutters 6 times really rapdily then wont turn on. It does this whether the camera is in the off or on mode, I've tried a new battery, doesnt fix it. I went to show someone the problem, charged the battery fully (again) put it in, and it worked. Sadly the next time I removed the battery and put it back in, it had the problem again. HELP

Is this the original battery that came with the camera?

If so, how long have you owned the camera?

Does the camera turn on with other batteries?

I have tried different batteries and it will work for a few minutes then will not turn on. This happened at Thanksgiving last week. Then it just dies and will not turn on.

You need to get it serviced. Make sure you get an estimate first, though.
