Elevate the issue through Fry's. Keep going higher to get a satisfactory rsolution.

Idk why but my rebel t3 will just not work in auto mode. I've tried resetting it and everything. I'm at a loss, and my pictures are coming out way to bright on manual mode. I put warranty on it at fry's, but since it was a display now they are saying it can't be honored...what do I do?? Buy a different camera and call it a loss?

The Canon warranty should still be good. Try them. Fry's is known for being kindof dodgy with things like this.

"I put warranty on it at fry's, but since it was a display now they are saying it can't be honored."

That is pure BS. If it was brand new, even an open box or display model, it has a warranty.

What happens when you set it to 'Auto'? In manual mode, if the pictures are coming out wrong that is your fault! Not the camera.
