Problems with sd card

Hello I am new to this community so I am sorry if this has been asked before. I have formated my sd card on the computer but my T5i still won't read it. It is a 8gb hc. I also tried to format it in my camera but it says it cannot. When I try to take a picture it asks me to remove card or to format it.

In the computer, format in fat32 and low level format. After that try to low level format in the camera.

But first try a new card and make sure the write protect is off.

It says the same with another card. The card is not locked, it gives me a message to unlock it when it is locked.

If you get the text that the card is locked, then it may be the card reader inside the camera. There is metal thingy that checks if you have your SD card locked or unlocked. Sometimes this metal thingy fails. Then you will need to send it to Canon service center or open the camera and bend it yourself.

If you still have a warranty, send it to Canon. It is easy to break something if you open up the camera.
