Now it's filled with beautiful pictures and videos, and I want to put it on my computer. I got the software installed and everything, but whenever I connect my camera to the computer via USB and open up the canon utilty icon, it's not recognized. &nbsp;The light grey box that says "EOS Pairing Software" is completely empty. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I read the manual over and over, and still can't connect my camera to the computer.
