      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a gently used camera that has worked fine for 2 years. Usually a screen pops up for downloading-&amp;nbsp;I also tried downloading using the eos utility launcher but still&amp;nbsp;not connecting to the camera. Not even showing a camera to connect to. &amp;nbsp;any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, MAC OSX 10.9.5 Maveric.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updating canon eos software, trying different computers, usb ports and cords, I'm fairly certain it is an issue of the&amp;nbsp;camera port for usb no longer functioning. Neither computer recognizes that there is a camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
