    <description>Yes. All EOS Rebel cameras, which began production in 1987, use EF and EF-s lenses. If a lens is either an EF or an EF-s lens, and fit an old Rebel, it will fit a newer Rebel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The older generation of Canon lenses were called the FD mounts, and those won't fit a rebel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note that if you go up-market from the Rebel, the EF and EF-s lenses will both also mount on higher-end crop-sensor bodies like the 7d, the 70d and the 60d,....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BUT the EF-s lenses will not fit a full-frame sensor body like 6d, 5d, 5d2, 5d3, 1dx, etc.... The full frame cameras can only use EF lenses.</description>
