    <description>&lt;P&gt;kristy1115,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the previous password is still registered in the smartphone settings, the Wi-Fi may not be established correctly. In that case, on the smartphone's Wi-Fi settings screen, delete the connection settings for the camera and enter the connection settings again. This should resolve any issues and allow the camera to reconnect with the software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! &amp;nbsp;I have a canon 6D and it has always successfully connected with my iphone 6s..I just tried to connect with an iphone X, and the iphone is asking for a password. &amp;nbsp;I've read in previous posts how to retrieve the password, but my iphone X doesn't prompt for a password like my iphone 6S does...is there anyway to bypass the password, or have any other users had this issue with the iphone X? &amp;nbsp;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
