    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's a puzzle. I guess the first thing I'd check is that you're using a USB-3 cable and that it's plugged into a USB-3 port on the computer. (Usually a computer's USB-3 ports are blue.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think maybe the 1DX2 also has an Ethernet port. If that's what you're using, be sure the connection to the computer&amp;nbsp;is via a Category 6 cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys been shooting a lot with my 1dx as of late and when i shoot videos over roughly 3 mins long on my CFast 2.0 card i cant pull the file off my camera.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can play it back on my camera but cant drag it off&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Im not using a CFast reader just cable straight to camera&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And i just did a firmware update today and going to see if that works, if not anyone got any knowldege?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>There was a bug with 1D X II and CFast from SanDisk, but it is fixed by firmware. Also, video wasn't affected.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
