I live in Tennessee, can anyone tell me what place you would set for the time zone on a Canon EOS 80D?

Tennessee is Central Standard Time. I think it matches Chicago time. Try setting to that.

Yes. That matches Tennessee's time.

It depends on where you live. I believe eastern Tennessee is on Eastern time.
