      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Start the process of tedious elimination. Try a new SD card. Now you need to try a different lens. The battery. The charger. Whatever else that is involved with your shooting. &amp;nbsp;If all is well and you still don't get your shots, call Canon service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking at your image and ignoring the black lines... that's the camera status screen, not an image. &amp;nbsp;So this isn't a sensor defect or memory card defect, it's a screen defect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There wont be a setting you can change to fix that yourself. &amp;nbsp;You'll need to contact Canon support for service on the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
