Canon Rebel T3I - Video comes out too blue ?

I recently got a secondhand T3I and for some reason the video always comes out looking too blue ? The color is distorted MAJORLY and I have absolutely no idea why. Photos don't look this way. Any help ?

Does it look this way when you are recording or only when you play back? What software are you using?

Check your "white balance" setting. The usual reason why images turn out too blue is that you're shooting in daylight or something similar, while the camera thinks you're shooting in incandescent light.
