To ask the inevitable question... Are you using a full-sized SD card, or a micro SD card with an adapter?

Its been bugging me, my memory card cannot be accessed on my camera, so i swiched my other memory card and its the same thing, still not accessable and unable to format on the camera, i tried formatting on the computer and it is still not accessable. Any suggestion out there? im trying not to have it repaired since would cost much time and money. Thanks!

I would go buy a new (unused) top quality SD card and try it first.

" im trying not to have it repaired since would cost much time and money."

Hmm, it is at least costing you time if not money as is.

"i tried formatting on the computer ..."

Did the SD card format OK on the computer? If it did and it was still not read by the T5, you might save some time by calling Canon 1-800-652-2666

Im using a full sized sd card, but i figured out the problem. I figured the problem is the camera so i looked closely and saw that the reader of the memory card slot got bent. But is that causing the problem tho? If so, what would be the best solution for this?
