EOS Rebel T5 Flashing Exp SIM

My new Rebel T5 has a flashing Exp SIM notice in the bottom right corner of my display screen. What does this mean? All I have figured out is it has something to do with the lighting. Please advise.

It means Exposure Simulation. It alloews the camera to show on the LCD how the exposure setting you are using will look. Check in manual on the settings for it.
