topic Error in EOS DSLR & Mirrorless Cameras

I just bought a canon 70d recently, and I'm a very novice shooter. An error 20 code popped up while shooting video and still shots after about 5 shots. It says turn off and on and I says take battery out and put back in, did both and nothing worked. Any ideas?

See: http://www.learn.usa.canon.com/resources/articles/2012/eos_error_msgs.shtml

Do you have another lens and, if so, does this also happen with the other lens? If it does not happen with any other lens then there's likely a problem with the aperture blades on your lens. If it does happen with another lens then it's likely the mirror or shutter inside the camera body.

If the former, the lens needs service. If the latter, the body needs service.

Canon's article seems to indicate it's more likely to be the lens than the body.
