https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/EOS-DSLR-Mirrorless-Cameras/Help-My-MacBook-Pro-OS-Sierra-isn-t-recognising-my-Canon-EOS/m-p/195814#M52984 <P>I've had a look at several forums suggesting that I:</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>a) Use the original Canon interface cable;</P><P>b) Make sure only the camera is plugged in;</P><P>c) Connect the camera and turn it on first;</P><P>b) Change the camera's communication setting from 'normal' to 'ptp';</P><P>c) Check if the camera is detected in iPhoto;</P><P>d)&nbsp;Check if the&nbsp;camera is detected in the&nbsp;USB Device Tree.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have done all the above (less changing the communication setting as I can't seem to find that in my camera) and my camera is still not detected at all!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Please help me if you know how to fix this!
