    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's a pretty large card, but the camera should be able to handle it, in theory.&amp;nbsp; A low level format tests for bad storage locations, and tags them as bad when it finds them.&amp;nbsp; What happens if you try it without checking the "Love Level Format" box?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all else fails, perform the low level format with a computer, and then another format in the camera without checking the low level format box, in order to setup the appropriate folders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to EOS Rebel T3i.&amp;nbsp; Attempting to low level format a new ScanDisk 128 GB.&amp;nbsp; New Charged battery.&amp;nbsp; Per owner's manual I hit "set" and everything goes blank.&amp;nbsp; Manual says that low level will take a bit longer and that the menu will reappear when completed.&amp;nbsp; It has been a good while now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
