    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday my T5i was working perfectly. &amp;nbsp;Today I pulled it out and selected video and the screen displayed a colorful static. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole camera froze up and I couldn't do anything on it. &amp;nbsp;Once I took the battery out, I was able to turn it to still camera mode and take pictures. &amp;nbsp;But when I turned to video it froze again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reset all the settings I could find and when I tried again this is the screen I got. &amp;nbsp;The touchscreen settings still worked, but it would not display an image or actually record. &amp;nbsp;I get the same colored static if I try to go to live mode in the still camera setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas on how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/9233iA7540E048CC64302/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="IMG_0872.JPG" title="IMG_0872.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
