Cannot connect my canon 750D to my iphone 8+

The camera connect app on my 7+ worked great. I got the iphone 8+ and I cannot get it to connect to my canon EOS 750D through the canon camera connect app to transfer images wirelessly. any thoughts or suggestions?

Try and reset the connection settings on your camera, maybe?

Or use the help function on the app on your phone to help connect?

What does it say when you try to connect that's giving you a problem?

Hello desireeburgess,

In the USA the EOS 750D is known as the EOS Rebel XSi. So very technically if your camera is the EOS 750D it's a version which was offered for sale in another region such as Europe or Asia also known as an import version. This may be the reason the Camera Connect is having difficulty establishing the connection.
