Do I need DVD Software?

Bought my 60D and saw 2 dvd discs, not really sure if I need them. I willl primarily do video and use memory cards that I can injsert into my iMac and to Final Cut Pro which is .mov friendly.

The CDs that come with your EOS 60D have a variety of applications on them that can help you maximize your camera's capabilities, including Digital Photo Professional, which lets you harness the power of Canon Raw image files. You're still free to use whichever applications best suit your needs, but to take full advantage of what your camera can do, your EOS Digital Solution Disc is the best place to start.
