Hi. Im trying to connect my phone to my Eos 6D via Wifi. But the phone cannot see the camera network. Im using Samsung Note 8

I do not think there is such a thing as 6D camera network, or hotspot. It is more like the other way around. The phone becomes the WiFi hotspot network, to which the 6D connects.

There have been some flakey issues with this. I've noticed that sometimes I have to toggle my phone into "airplane" mode (which disables all radios) and back again (it effectively restarts the networking on the phone) before it will join.

There was another thread where someone mentioned that a recent update to the firmware specifically on Samsung phones introduced a bug and the work-around is to reboot the phone (annoying that you should have to do this... it is what it is.)
