I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE "EXPANDED" REBEL SL1 INSTRUCTION BOOK, BUT WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY SOURCE FOR A PRINTED COPY OF THIS BOOK. THANKS VERY MUCH.

You should be able to take the PDF to your local Staples or FedEx Office for them to print. The only issue is that they might not print copyrighted material.

Hint, Canon, you should add an exception in the copyright for people printing one-off copies for their own use.
