    <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem happened after few moths i didnt use my camera. and i already updated the firmware. Is it possible the sensor is faulty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"Is it possible the sensor is faulty?"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hold on there before you condemn&amp;nbsp;the sensor.&amp;nbsp; Reset the camera in the tools menus tab.&amp;nbsp; Clear all settings.&amp;nbsp; Buy a brand new SD card.&amp;nbsp; Get a name brand not a bargain&amp;nbsp;card.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now set the camera to Auto mode. ISO 100 and try it outside on a nice sunny day.&amp;nbsp; If it still doesn't work properly call&amp;nbsp;1 (800) 652-2666&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
