Is their any reason to use AEB when shooting in Raw?

HDR come to mind. Also even without going the HDR route you can often get better results in post if you don't blow out the highlights. You can only bring it back so much in post even using RAW. I favor EC over AEB.

If you plan to use it for HDR. Or when you're in a situation that changing too fast and you don't want to stumble around with the setting at the critical moment. In some situation, where the contrast is too great for single capture, you may want to turn it on.

Like others have said, HDR is an obvious use. For HDR you might bracket +/- 1 1/2 or 2 EV.

Also where time is of the essence, like a sunset for instance, it can facilitate getting various exposures without having to adjust. Here you might only bracket +/- 1 EV.

If you have a body that can bracket more than 3 images, you can set it at +/-1, bracket 5, and have everything you would need for either normal or HDR processing.

You need to use the AEB feature because the RAW format can provide true EV range of only +- 0.5 EV.
If that's the range you need, then no need to bracket the shots.
But if you need a +-2 EV or something like that, using RAW file would cause loss of data and details. That's why it is best to use EV bracketing.
