CANON EOS REBEL T6 CERTAIN BUTTONS NOT WORKING. HELP!!!

I got a Canon EOS Rebel T6 recently and my only problems are, my ISO, AF, WB, AND the button above menu is not working! I have looked up ways to fix this and found nothing! Should I return the camera?

Turn the mode switch off from green square to either P, AV or TV, if these buttons are still not working then the camera has a fault and should be returned.

I don't have a T6 to test... but ISO, WB, AF, etc. are normally all disabled if the camera is in full Auto mode.

The "creative" modes (P, Tv, Av and M) should allow full use of all those features.

Do they work for reviewing images and moving the magnified part around when you magnify the image?
