    <description>&lt;P&gt;To do some systematic troubleshooting, I'd recommend finding a lens that is known to work, and trying that on your T1i body.&amp;nbsp; Likewise, try the lens that gives an error on another (borrowed) camera body.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will give a clue whether its the lens or the camera body that is the root cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
