5d iv file storage allocation

Hi,

ive been looking to set up the camera to store full res raw files on the compact card and jpegs on the sd card but can't seem to make this work.

dors anyone know if this is possible and if so how I should do it?

You can do it on the 5D3. There's no reason to suppose that the 5D4 would be different. But how you do it is not very intuitive.

The trick is to first set "Record func.+card/folder sel." to "Rec. separately". Then in "Image quality" it lets you set what goes on each of the two cards.
