Unknown USB Device; Can't get my photo's off camera

Hi,

I am running into an issue with my canon 6D. I never have an issues connecting my camera to the cord, and with canon uility downloading my photos until today. I tried to download my photos and I keep getting this messege and eos is not reconziing anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Update: Turns out it was the cord. I got a new one & its working now even though nothing seem'd wrong with it? aynway thanks for the help!

Make sure Wi-FI is not enabled. You can always use a card reader.

Yes I disableded it, made sure my camera has the newest firmware, and updated eos utlilty and made sure my drivers were up to date. It's just really odd it stopped working, and i hope to find a soultion =/

I suggest that you contact Canon Support.

If it had been working OK previously you might trying doing a System Restore to an earlier date just to see if an update somewhere was the cause of the problem.
