EOS 7D buttons not working

My camera would not turning on and so I took battery and memory card out. I left them out of about 30 min. I out back in and then all of a sudden it turned on. I could use buttons but once I hit the shutter button everthing stop. I need help.

For troubleshooting we would recommend that you remove the lens and memory card and see if the camera will function with a fully charged battery. If the camera still locks up then we would ask that you contact support for further troubleshooting.

I tired that and it still didn't work and I even tired it in the different camera types like full, av, manual etc

Did you take BOTH battieries out?
