T6 + 50mm 1.8f STM video autofocus problem

All, I'm having trouble my getting my 1300D to autofocus during filming video. I see it's possible (Youtube example 1 & example 2), but I can't figure out the settings on my end. Help?

You may enable 'AF w/ shutter button during [movie]' to focus with the shutter button while shooting your movies. For more information on this setting, please click here.

Thanks but I'm wanting the camera and lens to focus automatically... Without me prompting it to do so.

That feature is not available in your model. Camera bodies with "Dual Pixel AF" can do it.
