See if Lexar has recovery tools. It also depends on how you formatted it. If you did a low-level format, you are probably out of luck.

As long as you haven't recorded any new images you should be OK. From my experience even low level formatting doesn't overwrite images.

And if you don´t have any luck finding a software, Photorec is free and open source.

If you've done a low-level format, your files are probably not recoverable.

Oh **bleep**, that sucks. But don't freak out just yet, there's still a chance you can recover your photos. When you format an SD card, it doesn't immediately wipe out all your data, it just makes it tougher to find.

There are some software options that can help you get your photos back, like Recuva or PhotoRec. Both are free, by the way. If you need a more commercial one, you can try Disk Drill, or R-Studio/DMDE if you need something more tech-savvy. Just download and install one of these programs on your computer and follow the instructions to scan your SD card and recover your photos.

Just keep in mind that whether you can recover your data or not depends on a few things, like how long ago you deleted your stuff, how much new data you've added to the card since then, and the condition of the card itself. So, try to recover your data as soon as possible and don't add any new data to the card.

[Commercial link disabled.]
