80d touchscreen issues

I'm having a problem with the touchscreen having sketchy performance. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've searched the settings and menus all day and can't figure out what makes it work versus not.

Anyone else having these issues

Make sure the screen isn't dirty? Touchscreens can get covered with body oils from your finger.

It started when it was new. I just started using it today.

If it never worked properly, sent it back to vendor. The camera would seem to be malfunctioning. It needs service.
