Camera won't focus or take pictures.

My camera was working perfect yesterday. SD card is in, battery is charged and it won't shoot on any mode. I've tried resetting it and cleaning it, as well as putting it on different modes. This camera is only a few months old and taken well care of. I'd love to get this figured out before my family leaves tomorrow.

Yes, I'm sorry! It's a Canon EOS Revel t6

When I changed the lens to another, it worked. I'm newer to photography so I'm curious if anyone can tell me why my lens could not be working? It's also brand new

Check to see if the AF switch on the lens got moved accidentally to Manual.
