Try clearing your settings. Do you have the flash disabled in the menu? That does not keep it from popping up.

Hi Canon Community.

I have a Canon T6i, I bought it 3 weeks ago and I took 600 photos.

Yesterday, when taking some photos I noticed the following, the pop-up flash up's and when taking the photo appears a message of busy but the light of the flash does not light.

Can you help me figure out what the problem is?

Thanks.

Have you recharged the battery? Any camera's built-in flash relies on the camera's battery (or an AC adapter) for power.
