Rebel T3i constant busy message

My Rebel t3i is giving me a constant busy message after snapping a photo I can't view or take any more photos. I purchased a new battery, and memory card and updated to the new firmware version and it still isn't working. I get the message with both of my lenses. Any suggestions? The bracket with the number of projected photos left is blinking at 3904. I am not sure if I have some weird setting on the camera I am not an expert photographer.

Try reformatting the card in camera.

The new battery and FW update were not the problem but you got an extra battery out of the deal so that good.

The SD could have been the problem so a new one has eliminated that. The only other thing you can try is resetting the camera. Menu, Tools, Clear all settings. If that doesn't work call Canon support 1 (800) 652-2666
