    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;The last couple versions of Windows seem to have a problem recognizing some of the older Canon DSLRs like the XT and XTi. And not surprisingly Canon or Microsoft no longer offer any support to make the cameras and operating systems compatible. I suspect it's a similar situation when working with Mac equipment.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Just drag and drop files to your&amp;nbsp;desktop via USB as kvbarkley describes. Or invest a few dollars in a USB card reader.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I own an EOS Rebel XTi and have macOS Catalina version 10.15.3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently the EOS utility SW is not available any longer for this version, how can download my pics? What shall I use?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for advising&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just plug the camera in and use Image Capture. I have never used any Canon software for downloading images on any of my Macs going back 15 years or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the XTI you *might* need to change the communication type from "PC" to "PTP".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
