Hi,

The photos become fully white if I take photos in daylight. not sure which setting I have to change.? sometimes the shutter speed taking more time and become completely white photo coming after the click. please help to solve this issue.

But videos are coming good.

All the auto mode behaving the same.

Have you reset your camera back to all its default settings thru the settings menu yet?
