My 6D has that capability with the Canon app. I can look at my pictures or use my phone as a remote, also set any manual settings or AF too. Built in Wifi.

I recently upgraded for a 70D to the 7D mark 2..love the camera but I miss the articulating LCD screen of the 70D. Is there any way to attach my iphone to the 7d for real time viewing so I can check the focus. For instance, the camera is low to the ground and I want to ensure my focus point is accurate. it would be nice to be able to view the image on my phone and fix the focus without having to lay on the ground. Thanks Kate

You can do that with a CamRanger. It would basically give you everything you'd get in a wifi camera including a video feed of your live view screen, exposure control, shutter control, image transfer, etc.
