5D MKIII setting for raw is lost

I have a problem setting my camera to raw, it will only let me set the 2 cards to L jpeg. I know I must have set something wrong for the camera not to be able to shot raw. Can anyone help me?

Clear all settings. It is a menu option.

I use the "Q" button and navigate to the file-type choice (lower left corner of the info display on the back LCD). When I hit the "Set" button to select the file types, the FRONT dial select the RAW file type and the REAR dial selects the JPEG file type (you can save in both RAW + JPEG formats simultaneously.) If you wanted to shoot just RAW then you'd roll the front dial to "RAW" and you'd roll the rear dial to "-" (the dash means you don't want JPEG.)
