You should be OK by downloading an earlier OS Solution Disk and the download the W10 software updates.

I see that Canon USA has completely given their website a make-over.

We used to be able to share a link to the downloads, but I see now that the URL is quite long and I'm not (yet) noticing any alternative short-link to the camera downloads page.

You'll need to visit: usa.canon.com

Select "Support", then navigate to "Drivers & Downloads". From there you can use the "Product Finder" to navigate to the page for your EOS 7D camera.

You will ultimately be able to select your OS, view the software, and then download the "solution disk" software.
