Hi Gabiray, It sounds like you're looking at the "Film Cartridge" symbol. At the end of a roll of film, the camera will automatically rewind your film, allowing you to remove and replace it. This is when you should see the symbol, until you replace the film. If your film has not been used up, and you're still getting this icon, I recommend checking with our Technical Support Department for assistance.
