In my opinion after the 5D Mk IV.

But, like any other answer you'll get here until there is an official announcement from Canon it is just speculation

Rumors are, sometime in 2016.

Truth is, whenever it's ready and Canon feels it's time to release it.

Take anything from CanonRumors with a grain of salt. It is just that a rumor site. They posted rumors of the 7D Mk II coming soon for years before it was released.

They were also totally blind sided by the Dual Pixel AF in the Canon 70D.
