      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you uninstall EOS Utility and connect the camera does Windows recognize the camera? It should show up as a device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using the cable that came with the camera?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
