topic Canon 7D and Sigma 50mm AF 1.4 lens in EOS DSLR & Mirrorless Cameras

Recently I upgraded my Canon EOS 7D with the new 2.0.5 firmware. If I set the camera to manual and set any shutter speed, the best f-stop I can get on my Sigma 50mm AF 1.4 lens is f 5.6. Previously I was able to set the f-stop to f 1.4. Anyone have any idea what is causing this problem?
