5D mark 3 tutorial for BIF

Could you please point me to good tutorial for BIF with 5D mark3 camera? Coming from Rebel, I found Af on 5D very powerful, but need some help on selection options.

Birds in flight is all about hand holding technique, if you are interested to learn about these techniques, settings etc. check www.birdphotographers.net for more specific advice.

I have some experience with BIF photography (with xsi camera) and have some nice pics. However, with my new 5d iii I can not figure out which option is the best for that. Hope, somebody with more experience will help.
