Can not find t7i Webcam Utility

Whn I go through the pages to find the EOS Webcam Utility for my t7i and can not seem to find it. Will it not work on windows 7? Seems if I change my os to Windos 10 I see the webcam utility in the drivers list. But I dont have windows 10 on the laptop. So is it impossible to run the webcam utility on my win 7 machine?

The EOS Webcam Utility is only supported under Windows 10. You're welcome to *try* it in Windows 7, but we make no guarantees!

Thank you. Since posting I did try to install a version that I could find and it says it wont install under win 7. So I guess that answers that. Guess it might be time to look into win 10. I got to many programs that wont work under 10. But might have to do a dual boot and see if it might work that way.
